Before You Book
How often does a dryer vent need cleaning?
Yearly for most houses, more often when the run is long or a load takes two cycles to dry. Lint in the duct is the leading cause of dryer fires. We clear the entire run from the dryer to the outside hood and then test airflow with the dryer running.
Can you swap a smoke detector?
Yes. Battery units (we carry 10-year sealed ones) and like-for-like swaps of hardwired heads on the existing wiring, which the state code treats as ordinary maintenance. Adding a detector where there is no wiring is electrician work.
How do I get the most out of a maintenance Visit?
Walk the house before we arrive and text us the list with photos. Two hours goes a long way when the parts are already on the truck and nobody is guessing what is needed.
