Materials are itemized at cost on the invoice. The truck carries the common parts, so most visits skip the store run. Specialty installs (doors, vanities, shower doors, attic ladders) are quoted per job.

New or moved plumbing lines, new circuits, extra outlets, panel or service work, wiring runs. That is permit work for a licensed trade, and we tell you before you shop for parts.
Water heaters, gas, and HVAC
Water heater swaps, gas appliances and lines, furnaces, boilers, and air conditioning. Licensed trades with their own permits.
Full bathroom and kitchen renovations
Tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers, gut baths, and kitchen remodels. We do the one-visit bathroom work instead: grab bars, shower doors, caulk, grout, and fixture swaps.
Roofs, gutters, and pressure washing
Ladder trades with their own crews. Ask and we will point you to someone good.
What a Visit Looks Like.
